What’s up STACKERS!
Friday’s are one of the best days to workout and start the weekend! 📆
It’s known that people rarely workout on “Fridays” because most of them tend to just go out and party.
I’m a contrarian and always try to workout on Fridays because the gym is usually pretty empty. 😬
I decided to workout on these “old man” machines and take it pretty easy today, I didn't want to hurt myself like I did a few weeks ago. 🤣
Not too bad with the step count today, 2800+ walking around machine to machine.
I’m already getting close to my goals this year and plan to go harder starting from now on! 💪🏼🙌🏼💯
