Dog Nose

This is another one of my macro photography experiments. This is a macro of my chocolate lab Ozzie's nose. He did a great job of sitting perfectly still while I took this shot.

For this photo I used a 85 mm prime lens attached to a 49 mm extension tube. Focus is achieved by moving the whole camera close to the subject. There's a pretty shallow depth of field, so what you get is pretty much hit or miss.
